A new task directed to develop a biosensor to identify traces of pesticides. The system is based on the Bioelectric Recognition Assay technology, which really combines living cells with an electrical sensor system for quick and sensitive detection. An automated platform based on BERA technology has been built that can detect a number of pesticides and other contaminants in less than three mins.
